We are very delighted to organize the 3RD International Conference on Research of Agricultural and Food Technologies (I-CRAFT2023) which will be held on 4-6 October 2023 at Cukurova University located in Adana, Turkey.
The primary purpose of the conference is to form a venue to disseminate scientific information on various current and
near-future applications of agricultural and food engineering practices and technologies used in the different parts of
Turkey and throughout the world. In this framework, many academicians, researchers, entrepreneurs and manufacturers
related to the study area of agricultural and food engineering from Turkey and other countries will have the opportunity
to mutually convey their experiences and ideas to their colleagues and stakeholders. Hence, we cordially invite you to
