What to do?
Manuscripts must comply with the following requirements; otherwise, they will be rejected at the editorial stage without being sent for peer review:
1. Template Compliance The manuscript must be prepared strictly according to the prescribed conference/journal template (format, headings, font size, spacing, figures, and tables).
2. Plagiarism Check The similarity (plagiarism) rate must be 25% or below.
3. Title Appropriateness The title must be clear, specific, and academically appropriate.Title–Content Consistency The content of the manuscript must be fully consistent with the title.
4. Manuscript Structure and Formatting The overall structure (abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion) must follow academic standards.
5. APA Referencing Style All in-text citations and references must strictly follow the APA style (latest edition). Reference Accuracy and Completeness All references must be complete, accurate, and include DOI numbers where available.
Submission
To submit an article to our congress, please register first on the register page. You can then log in to the submission page and access your own panel to upload your manuscript.
Deadlines
- Abstract Submission: August 21, 2026
- Conference Early Bird Registration & Payment: August 20, 2026
- Announcement of Program: September 05, 2026
- Submission of Full Texts: September 15, 2026
- Full Text Book Publication: October 25, 2026
Payment
We have two different payments. Congress registration fee and article fee. You can pay both at the same time. For payment, please go to the payment page and select your method and group. Credit card payments can only be made from within Turkey.
Publication
The plagiarism report is 25% or less rquested. Authors submitting to I-CRAFT 2026 may choose their preferred publication option:
Conference Proceedings, Book Chapter (Edited Volume) Journal Publication (I-CRAFT Agricultural and Food Technologies), Indexed Journal (Scopus/ International Journals– selected papers).
All submissions will be subject to peer-review, and journal publications require extended versions of the conference papers.
Collaborate
We colloborate with Atlantis Press. The selected papers submitted to the congress will be published in Atlantis Highlights in Sustainable Development (ISSN: 3005-155X) if the plagiarism report is 25% or less, and the selected titles will also be submitted for evaluation in CPCI (part of Clarivate's Web of Science) and, where appropriate, submitted to Ei Compendex and Scopus (subject to acceptance).
Trip
We organize the one day trip to another location by bus. conference fee does not include the trip. You could pay on the desk.

I-CRAFT 2024 TASHKENT
In I-CRAFT 2024 Tashkent, a total of 180 papers were uploaded to the system and 10 papers were rejected in accordance with the congress rules. As the congress organization, we would like to thank nearly 150 researchers and company owners from 7 different countries who participated in the congress.
